Dominick Phillips oversees the strategic management of the firm and is responsible for driving growth and preserving the firm’s unique culture. As an industry veteran and trusted manager, he advises entrepreneurs and executives on their overall business needs. Over the past 20 years his focus as an executive and entrepreneur has been on funding, investing in and building asset management companies. He has been successful in building and managing high performing teams operating in both public and private capital markets. Working with both alternative and traditional strategies. He earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas, El Paso and an M.B.A. from the United Kingdom University.
Hillary Barrett joined Evagreen Capital in August 2019, bringing more than 30 years of industry experience, including 13 years as the Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Investment Officer of several companies in Asia. He began his career in 1981, where he started as a sales representative and went onto a variety of management positions. Lucas also has served in multiple management and financial positions within the company. Jiao Chung earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School..
Kimber Hollifield leads Evagreen Capital’s Investment Research Team. She assists with investment manager due diligence, asset allocation modeling, and implementation and travels the world searching for the best investment managers for the firm clients. She was appointed to the board on June 2019 and is a member of Investment Committee. Prior to joining Evagreen Capital, She has held several key management positions in several Asian firms. She is responsible for performing analysis of risk, premium levels, break-even probabilities, and general reserving practices for clients. Kimber Hollifield received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Texas.
John Nelson Appointed to the Board on January 2019 Christopher Bosch has over 25 years experience in international business across financial services, banking and renewable energy. He joined Evagreen Capital from Unity Bank where he was a member of the Group’s Executive Committee. He previously held positions as Chief Operating Officer and Finance Director at other firms in Europe. He brings with him more than 25 years of corporate finance experience. Mr. John has gained all-round knowledge in respect of the development of European financial service industry and has established a strong network through working with both international and local financial companies in Asia as well. He holds a Master of Business Administration with distinction in Finance; a Master of Science in Computer, Information & Control Engineering; and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, all from the University of Michigan.
